AI Ethics Researcher

The AI Ethics Researcher will play a critical role in ensuring our technology is developed and deployed responsibly. You will research potential societal impacts, develop governance frameworks, and work with our engineering teams to implement fairness and transparency in our models.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze ethical challenges in AI, including bias, fairness, and accountability.
• Develop and promote internal policies and best practices for responsible AI.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to conduct ethical reviews.
• Publish research and represent Mecha ML in discussions on AI ethics.

Qualifications

• Background in ethics, public policy, computer science, or a related interdisciplinary field.
• Experience working on AI ethics and governance issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
• Passion for ensuring AI has a positive impact on society.
